Work Performed: Upgrade existing electrical system on the AMHI campus from 5,000 volts to 15,000 volts. The upgrade included a new switchgear building, excavating and installation of new concrete encased duct banks, installation of new 15,000 volt primary cables and terminations, installation of new transformer pads, transformers, and secondary services to the existing buildings, and new site lighting throughout the campus.

Work Performed: 220,000 square foot office building renovation. The building was abated, and totally gutted out. Once the demo work was completed, this was a new 7 story office building with a new electrical system including telephone, data, fire alarm, security, high voltage, and power distribution throughout the facility.

Work Performed: 130,000 square foot 2 story apartment complex (250 units) at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. These units will act as a temporary housing for Navy employees on deployment. The project consisted of primary electric work, a new transformer, secondary to the building, a complete lightning protection system, voice evacuation fire alarm system, telephone, data, and cable TV systems.

50,000 square foot addition to the existing medical center houses a new lab. This project was value engineered by our people to utilize exterior switchgear to shorten the runs of wire between the pad mount transformer, switchgear, and generator.

30,000 square foot addition to the existing retail store to be used as the Hunt/Fish retail.

LL Bean Data Center Contract Amount: $2,400,000 General Contractor: Pizzagalli Construction		Freeport, ME
18,000 square foot data center with an electrical contract value of $ 2.4 million. This was a very complicated job with (2) generators, a UPS system, switchgear coordination, and a tremendous amount of below slab work. The project is located on Stonewood Drive in Freeport and next door to their hiring facility.

This 58,000 square foot dormitory for Bates College had an electrical contract value of $ 1.8 million. The building has (2) wings for rooms and a center core area for student gatherings, study, offices, and laundry facilities. This project included primary electric distribution, duct bank, fiber optics, a lightning protection system, communications, fire alarm, security, and site lighting.
