The project consisted of a shutdown of the facility, removing the existing transformer, installation and connection of the new unit. This transformer was critical to the customer as it took the 15,000 volt power generated from the turbines within the dam, and stepped it up to 35,000 volt for distribution over CMP infrastructure.
